Application Fee
An Application fee of 18,000,000 VND is required when the application form is submitted and is inclusive of any mandatory assessments.
- The Application fee will be deducted upon in the completion of tuition fee payment if a student enrolls at TAS.
- The Application fee will be refunded if a student can not pass the placement test.
- The Application fee will not be refunded if a student passes the placement test but decide not to enroll at TAS.
Registration Fee
A non-refundable Registration Fee is required within 5 working days after the student has been accepted. The Registration Fee is paid only once and guarantees the student’s placement. The start date is not confirmed until the Registration fee has been paid.

Incentive Program
Siblings:

ADDITIONAL ENGLISH LANGUAGE SUPPORT
Students are required to take an English Proficiency test as a part of the Admissions Process. Students who require English as an Additional Language (EAL) Support as determined by the Learning Support Department will be billed for this added layer of support. EAL students are assessed each semester to re-evaluate their academic progress.
RE-ENROLLMENT DEPOSIT
20,000,000 VND is payable by 31st May 2023 for all re-enrolled students. The Payment deposit will guarantee a place at TAS.聽
* This deposit will be deducted upon the completion of tuition fee payment.聽
* This deposit is mandatory, a failure to make payment by the due date may result in the loss of a seat for the student as well as non-refundable.
SEMESTER PAYMENT DEPOSIT
Parents can choose either Annual or Semester tuition payment. If paying by semester, an addition 30,000,000 VND deposit is required for placement in Semester 2.
* This deposit is deducted upon the completion of the 2nd Semester tuition fee payment if studying continually at TAS.
* This deposit is not refunded if students do not re-enroll in Semester 2.
LATE PAYMENT OF FEES
There is a 10 business day grace period to make late payments. After the grace period, a 0.2% interest charge聽per day is applied. A student’s academic records will be withheld and studies may cease if the tuition remains聽unpaid 20 days after the published deadline. In the event of non-payment, the school has the right to refuse to聽accept the child into the school and withhold the school report of student.
LATE ENROLLMENT
If a student is enrolled after the start of Semester 1, the tuition fees for the remainder of the academic year have to be paid in advance according to the table below:

WITHDRAWAL AND REFUND
In the event of a student withdrawal, a written Withdrawal Notification must be submitted to Admissions Office聽at least 60 working days before the student鈥檚 last day at the school. This ensures the refund policy is practiced聽and applicable school reports are issued. A refund of tuition fee is applied for Annual Tuition Payment only. The聽school will refund a percentage of the Annual Tuition Fee based on the refund rates and dates from the聽“Withdrawal and Refund Section”.

- In the event that a Parent/Guardian wishes to terminate Bus or Lunch service, a written notice must be submitted to the school 5 working days prior to the last day on which the student uses the services.
- A refund is only applicable to the annual payment option.
REFUNDABLE TEXT BOOK DEPOSIT
A refundable payment of 21,000,000 VND per student is required as a Textbook Deposit and must be made along with the tuition fee. This deposit only applies to Grade 1 to Grade 12 students. Such amount will be refunded upon withdrawal after any outstanding fees such as lost/damaged textbooks, unreturned library books, and lunch/bus fees are deducted.
* Please note this deposit will be payable when the students move from the Early Childhood to the Elementary School.
ISSUING REPORTS
Report or transcript is provided free in a year. 150,000 VND is payable for each additional copy of Report.聽250,000 VND is payable for each additional copy of Transcript and 500,000VND is for each additional Diploma.
PAYMENT OF TUITION FEES
Tuition and fees are payable before the student commences (or returns to) school. All tuition and fees are invoiced聽in VND and are payable in VND unless the payment originates outside of Vietnam, in which case a USD bank聽transfer is acceptable at the prevailing bank exchange rate. Parents are responsible for the payment of the school聽fees within the deadlines stated in the payment statement (invoice).

Parents are liable for all bank changes related to bank transfer or credit card payments. Documentary proof of payment by bank transfer must be provided to the school.
